Get in your cruiser and come join the fun at the 22nd annual Historic Rt 66 Fun Run. Beginning on Friday May 1, 2009 in Seligman, Az, this 3 day event will travel 150 miles along the Historic Mother Road ending in Topock/Golden Shores, Az on Sunday May 3, 2009. As you pass along the Route enjoy a variety of activities as well as nostalgic old buildings and beautiful scenery. In Kingman, Az on Saturday May 2, 2009 enjoy all day activities including the Show-n-Shine, live music, street dance, vendors and cruising. Sunday morning May 3,2009 after a hearty pancake breakfast, the parade of cars leaves for Topock/Golden Shores and winds through the scenic Black Mountains and the historic mining towns of Gold Road and Oatman. Watch for the wild burro and wilder cowboys. Closing ceremonies and prizes will be given in Topock/Golden Shores.  This year’s event also includes a dinner and dance held at the Powerhouse Visitor Center on Saturday night.
